430mm x 280mm Fire Hydrant Chamber Sections - View Image
A purpose made range for the installation of Fire Hydrants available in 4 heights; 25mm, 50mm, 75mm and 150mm. All fully interlock with each other making for a secure and robust assembly.
The outer shape of the chamber tapers from the base to the top to assist in the seating of the complete manhole.
The product are all lightweight with 150mm deep being just 10kg in weight, and with the additional depths available, the number of chamber sections making up the manhole is reduced, which makes for a quicker construction and reduced cost.
Generally construction of chambers for Fire Hydrants is carried out in a very restricted area, so the lightweight nature of Enviro Chambers allows this to be completed without the need for mechanical operating lifting and within the Health and Safety requirements.
Base Sections for 430mm x 280mm Chamber Sections
These base sections are available in two styles of purpose designed units which are versatile in that they can be supplied in as a two-piece or one-piece construction with a choice of offset or centre hole.
The base sections have a raised rebated frame built into the top into which the EnviroChamber Hydrant Units interlock, making for a firm and secure assembly. This restricts movement from backfill or concrete surround, keeping the structure in place. View Image
As a further expansion of the range we offer the EnviroChamber Closing Section with Shaft Pipe and Top Hat profile, which enables a chamber to be closed below ground but allows access from the surface via the top hat. View Image
We also offer EnviroChamber Raising pieces and Concrete Adapters - View Image
This allows an established assembled concrete chamber section to be converted to receive Enviro Chambers. It also provides a solution to raising hydrant sections when resurfacing or raising manholes.
SV Chamber Sections and Base Units. 380mm x 380mm - View Image
This range has been introduced to offer an alternative to heavy concrete sections in the installation of Sluice/Stop Valves. Offered with a clear opening of 230mm square and available in three depths of 75mm, 100mm and 150mm. The purpose built base unit allows all elements to be fully interlocking.
Large Chamber sections - View Image
EnviroChamber have designed a range of units to meet the existing market for Larger Chamber Sections. We offer a size range from 1200mm to 300mm.
Constructed in a strong and robust channel section 100mm wide, with a choice of depths 50mm, 75mm and 100mm, which exceeds the loading of the concrete equivalent. View Image
Can be purchased in a complete form, or can be assembled at your depot or site from various straight lengths of side and end wall sections and corner units. View Image
Chamber sections can be assembled using straight lengths and corner pieces, using our unique dry joint method which requires no adhesive, screwing or staples. You only need a hammer. View Image
