Tickton Viaduct
The River Hull viaduct in Tickton incorporated both Envirodeck and Dri-deck in the design for sub-surface and surface water drainage system. The Envirodeck was chosen due to its lightweight, aesthetic appearance and its excellent flow characteristics. When PDS were approached by the designer Keith Stubbs of Mason Clark Associates on behalf of East Riding of Yorkshire the subject of Sub-Surface Drainage was also discussed at length. Between the designer and ourselves we were able to agree a layout that we all felt would be the most effective solution for draining the large deck.
