An ambitious and determined Civils or Building materials team leader is required.
The successful candidate must be a good communicator, understand the Construction Industry and have Technical ability. The products sold are unique and therefore training will be given to allow a successful candidate to increase specification and sales. Must have the ability to understand technical drawings and it would be an advantage (not a pre-requisite) if this included products from the below ground or surface water drainage market.
A person with the ability to confidently speak to clients, designers and contractors up to a senior level is required. Working very closely with the Directors, the successful applicant will be able to increase specifications and sales in our chosen markets. Must be able to demonstrate the ability to develop and deliver a business plan.
