PDS use lightweight units that conform to Manual Handling Regulations, therefore cutting out the cost of any mechanical handing equipment. Installation time is exceptionally quick on both the Envirokerb & Envirodeck product range. Also the use of lightweight units are a much safer option and far less likely to cause personal injury.
PDS use recycled materials that would otherwise be destined for landfill within the UK & China. If sent to landfill the material we use, for example, to manufacture our Envirokerb range, would take between 750-1000 years to degrade. PDS can help your company decrease its carbon footprint. In the UK it is estimated that we have only 7 years of landfill left!
PDS offer a full hydraulic design service to ensure the most cost effective solution is used. Our clients can take full advantage of our no extra cost in-house design facilities. We are happy to help.
Envirodeck is more aesthetically pleasing and longer lasting than the Ductile Iron Hydrodeck units as the new material used is non-corrosive.

After almost a year of extensive design work PDS are delighted to announce that we have recently secured the contract to supply almost 5000No Envirodeck units to Morgan Vinci on the new Upper Forth Crossing at Kincardine in Scotland.
The structure which is approx 1200Mtrs in length is being cast in segments on one side and jacked across the Forth estuary. Installation of Envirodeck will take place in mid 2008.
